Signature Sound Deluxe stands behind the quality of every instrument and amplifier we build. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unplayed condition with all included accessories and documentation.

Custom and custom-finish orders are final sale and non-refundable. This includes any instrument or amplifier ordered with a custom color, finish, or specification.

To initiate a return, contact us at sds5955@yahoo.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
